Does anyone know how long it takes for a character name that has been deleted to go neutral? Neutral meaning: Anyone can take the name.

This is a very important question. Please respond ASAP.

It's always been instant for me.... As in, if I deleted a character, I could immediately create another character with the same name.

that is because that characer name is registered to your account.

the name is reserved for your account for one hour after character deletion. after that one hour, the name opens up for anyone else.

It is in the support section of GW site. It takes exactly one hour from the time of deletion, until it can be used by another account. Although. if the person that deleted the character does not log off at least once in the next hour, you may not make a character with the name of the deleted character until that account has logged off once after deletion.
